Sean McNulty, CFA

Chief Executive Officer

Sean brings over 15 years of capital markets and investing experience to the XIB group of Companies. He is CEO and Portfolio Manager of Asset Management, Director at each of the XIB International Funds, and leverages experiences, insights, and relationship networks from his previous roles in M&A investment banking, institutional equity sales, and as part of the investment team at a globally recognized hedge fund.

Kevin Albrecht, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Albrecht, CPA is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience spanning global tax strategy, financial reporting, and brand development. In 2017, he founded Deep Bay Spirits, one of the pioneering spirit-based ready-to-drink brands in the U.S., which grew rapidly and was successfully acquired by a multinational company in 2020.

Earlier in his career, Kevin held roles at Bacardi Ltd., Ernst & Young, and Collins Barrow, with deep expertise in U.S. and Canadian tax compliance, audit, and financial reporting
